HOW YOUR CASE IS SUPPORTED

As a Student-at-Law, Scott works under the supervision of experienced counsel while developing practical experience in personal injury law.

His supporting role may involve:

• Conducting legal research

• Reviewing records and claim information

• Assisting with file preparation

• Supporting the legal team as a matter progresses

All legal work is completed as part of the firm’s supervised personal injury team.

Experience & background

Scott was born in Toronto and raised in Washington, D.C.

He completed his undergraduate degree in Commerce at McGill University.

Scott later attended the University of Melbourne in Australia, where he earned his Juris Doctor with Honours.

Scott is currently completing his articles with Yanko Popovic Sidhu under the supervision of his principal, Herman Sidhu.

Through this experience, he is building the practical foundation required to begin a career focused on personal injury law and client service.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

Outside work, Scott is an avid golfer, skier, and hiker.

He regularly looks for new opportunities to spend time outdoors and explore different activities.
